How I work
See the whole picture
Start with a clear image of the best possible outcome. That picture turns guessing into navigation.
Find the path of least resistance
Change only sticks when it's easier than the current state. Find where change becomes natural.
Make it real
Strategy has value only when it reaches the people it's meant for. Build, test, deliver.
Current practice
Ohmsyn
A consulting practice built on an empirical friction model. F = V / R, Ohm's law applied to organisations. We measure where resistance sits in a company's value stream, and what it costs in time, capacity, and margin. The output is a concrete action plan with ROI-ranking, not a report.
Built from the Ohmsyn family
Tendr — tender intelligence that learns from you
Tendr monitors Doffin and TED daily and ranks tenders on real relevance, not keywords. Built for Norwegian suppliers tired of Doffin noise. Three pillars: semantic relevance matching, tender archaeology (historical winner patterns), and a pre-tender signal that flags procurements 6 to 24 months before they publish.
Tendr Market Intel
The same system turned on a whole sector. Sector pulse, competitor leaderboard, framework-agreement expiry, and M&A watchlist — built on top of a proprietary historical tender dataset: 1.2 million tender records from Doffin and TED, 2006 to today, five Nordic countries, 57,000 unique winners and 14,000 unique buyers. The foundation for spotting patterns — who wins what, where prices move, what is coming next.
For small and mid-sized businesses
McKinsey-grade process analysis at a fraction of the price. A structured friction diagnostic, benchmarked against industry data from 500+ Norwegian companies, delivered as a prioritised action plan. Three to six weeks. The kind of analysis usually out of reach for SMBs; we make it accessible.
For larger organisations
Friction diagnostic of your own value stream, mapped against a competitor baseline (where do you sit on the same scale as your rivals?), and a ranking of where AI can actually move the largest bottleneck. Three pillars; process flow, competitive landscape, and concrete AI initiatives with documented ROI. Engagements range from competitor analysis alone to a full internal diagnostic with your own data.
What sets it apart
An empirical foundation. The friction model is validated against 500+ annual reports across multiple industries. An AI-augmented methodology that delivers in weeks what McKinsey or BCG take months on. Concrete output; not "here is some research", but "here is where you are exposed, here is what is urgent, here is what you do about it".
Selected work
AI Assistant for Sound
Initiated and led development of a patented deep neural network assistant for personalized hearing — now a global standard.
Global Portfolio Launch
End-to-end ownership of the company's most important product launch — from user research across continents to rollout in 130 markets.

About

For the past decade, I've worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people — mostly in global medtech.
I've led teams across countries, built AI tools that ended up in millions of hands, and learned that the most useful innovations are the ones that make someone's Tuesday a little easier.
Now I work independently. I help companies find direction — and I build tools, because thinking is better when it becomes something you can use.
